As a Sales Manager, your focus will be primarily to manage a team of account representatives who can sell leading edge hardware and software based solutions to companies that span a variety of technology platforms within their assigned territory or account listing. The ideal candidate is self-starting, socially adept sales professional with the ability to stimulate employee growth and sales goals.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Lead a high preforming sales team in achieving continuous revenue goals, and C3’s exemplary client satisfaction standards.

· Manage the daily activities of Account Managers as well as supervises their daily activities in the field

· Creates and implements sales meetings, training and sales force recognitions

· Manages the CRM tool for successful client contact

· Stimulates, reviews and monitors sales activities and ensures achievements of sales activities and professional development

· Accurately forecasts weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue streams

· Provides evaluations of sales organization and Account Managers productivity

· Maintains an ongoing pipeline that is consistent with revenue requirements

· Understands how to build, analyze, propose, and close a deal to C-Level management prospects

· Act as leader and coach to Account Managers and additional personnel

· Qualify, assess and approve deals as necessary

· Ability to initiate interactions and develop relationships with C-Level prospects

· Promote positive profitable revenue growth


· 7-9 years outside sales experience in the MFP industry

· 3-5 years sales management experience

· A strong track record of exceeding revenue quotas with quantifiable data examples

· Experience working with key decision makers and C-Level corporate managers

· Proven ability to directly manage 5-10 employees and track their performance

· Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, organizational and management skills

· A high level of business acumen managing sales strategy and profitability

· Experience to accurately forecast and manage the sales cycle of a high growth business model

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· BS/BA or MBA in Business Administration or a related field is highly valued

· Industry specific certifications preferred ie: Comptia CDIA+ or other manufacturer specific training certificates

· Salary is dependent on experience and documented sales performance
