Basic Function: Secure face to face meetings with C Level officers, market full line of award winning imaging products, software solutions, and professional services to targeted new business accounts.

• Develop and manage all assigned accounts with consistency

• Obtain referrals and testimonials from best customers

• Effectively utilize provided technology to manage accounts via company CRM software

• Qualify and find customer pain points through effective technique and recommend a valued solution

• Prepare and deliver effective presentations to customers as needed

• Prepare weekly/monthly sales and prospect reports

• Actively participate in, and complete in, and attend training seminars and sales meetings • Seamlessly handle customer complaints

• Process orders in a complete and timely fashion

• Conduct 90 day account reviews in order to uncover additional opportunities for solutions and/or hardware

Key Working Relationships:

• Report directly to Sales Director

• Collaborate closely with team members and across multiple departments.

• Coordinate and utilize team as well as manufacturer regional support.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• High school diploma required

• Outside sales experience preferred

• Industry experience preferred

• Proficiency in MS Office products required

• Computer Networking knowledge valued
